For more than a decade, I’ve worked inside high-growth environments, designing content and systems that influence millions of decisions worldwide.
I’ve guided a global corporate brand transformation at Wayfair, partnered with Fortune 500 executives on strategy, turned content into a revenue engine for venture-backed startups, and directed digital storytelling and eCommerce experiences for one of the most iconic textile designers of our time (Knoll).
Across these environments, I had a front-row seat to how top-performing CEOs and Creative Directors operate. The common thread wasn’t style or speed, it was coherence. This observation became the foundation of my work.
Today, through Panthera Studio, I partner with founders and leadership teams to restore coherence across strategy, structure, and story during periods of growth or transition.
My work drives real growth because it focuses on how things actually function behind the scenes:

In parallel, I’m the Founder & CEO of Passionflora Wellness, where I’m building a premium botanical brand for the next era of calm. It keeps me grounded in the realities of building and it informs the way I advise others.
